What is the start-up process?

As soon as you sign-up, you will receive a template document to use to easily upload all the information about your properties and a bank form to sign to connect your bank account to your bank. Once you return these documents to YouRENT, you'll be ready to go!

How do I connect to others?

YouRENT is an open solution. We are working hard to connect the platform to all the relevant partners of the real estate ecosystem. This includes banks, insurance companies, Statbel, legal offices, etc. Discover all our partner solution  here.

What happens to my data?

As a YouRENT customer, you will have your own database. This database is yours. You can download it or delete it at any moment. We won't access it if there is no technical reason to do so. It is highly secured and hourly backed up.

Will I be assisted for the onboarding?

To make the onboarding smoother, one of our Happyness Managers can help you for the migration and train you. He will help you adapt YouRENT to your specific needs and to get more out of it. This is especially helpful for our Landlord and Agency Edition.

Is YouRENT multilingual?

Right now, YouRENT is available in English, French and Dutch. It covers the Belgian market but it is ready to be used internationally. You can use it on your computer, on your tablet and on your smartphone. All you need are an internet connection and your login and password.
